The teenage years are a time of huge change, and many decisions and pressures are
faced during these years. This is why establishing our teenagers in the word of God
as it applies to their day to day living is so important. In close connection with
parents (or guardians), we encourage each teenager to know God personally, to learn
more about His word, to serve others and to share their own faith. We have Bible study
classes, ministry meetings and organised social activities for teenagers in Years
Eight to Eleven. Those in Year Twelve are part of the Young Adults' programme.
Our aim is to support Christian lifestyle and to provide a context for the teenagers to
learn together and develop friendships with others their age. We hope that during
the teenage years each young person will make a genuine commitment to follow
Christ and become an active, fruitful member of the church.
A number of parents are involved in the leadership of the teenagers' programme and
parents are always welcome to attend meetings and activities.
